The Beauty We Miss Until We Pause

When I saw this couple in the sunset light, I quickly pulled out my camera and took a photo. Then I walked up to the lifeguard booth and asked with a smile, “Do you two like each other?”

The woman immediately said, “Yes, he’s my son.”

I offered them the photo as a memory of this beautiful moment, and they were really happy—so was I. It bursts my heart when you share beauty with someone who doesn’t realize how beautiful they are.

Life sometimes plays with our perception—gently bending the light around us, making us unaware of the circumstances we’re in.

It’s like we’re inside a moving kaleidoscope, catching glimpses of other people’s lives, each one shaped by its own story. They didn’t see what I saw.

We usually interpret what we see through the lens of our own emotions, memories, and assumptions—until a small encounter reminds us of the deeper layers behind every human connection.

Staying introverted can help you see the world not from the outside in, but from the inside out. It helps you slow down, appreciate the moment, and make space for others. It slows the urge to chase something out there, when the deepest beauty lies within. It allows your intuition to speak and makes you more sensitive to what others may feel or need—often without them saying a word.

There’s a wonderful tool I call “Traffic Control of Your Thoughts.” It’s simple: pause for a moment from time to time during the day—even just for a few seconds or up to a minute. Step away from the outside noise and return to yourself—to the one who says, “I am.”

This small but powerful step can recharge your energy, bring you back into balance, and over time, help you see more clearly through life’s challenges. It sharpens your ability to make the right decisions.

I created the Healing Meditation Master Course as a tool you can practice at your own pace. With time and dedication, it gently brings you back to your original nature—one of confidence, wisdom, and deep contentment.

In a world where science often chases its own tail trying to define truth, we need silence as our foundation—for peace, for strength, for clarity, and to rediscover our own truth.

You can invest in your peace and the power of your mind by giving yourself the gift of practicing Healing Meditation.
