LOGIC with FOOD

People naturally connect the dots in various situations to ensure their safety. However, this instinct often fails when it comes to linking the foods we eat with our health issues.
 
Why is that?
Where is Logic with Food?
 
Here are three reasons:
  1. Focus on Trends and Fads:
    Our lives are often influenced by diets and weight loss trends that can mislead us. For example, people believe that processed sugar gives energy, fatty food is healthy, dairy builds strong bones, coffee sharpens the mind, and proteins build muscles but in reality these ideas can be wrong and harm our health.
  2. Another reason why ppl do not connect obvious dots is
    Outdated and Biased Information:
    We rely on medical and alternative health experts, but their advice can be based on outdated research and very often now on pharmaceutical promotions. This prevents us from understanding the real impact of our food choices on the body and clear thinking.
  3. The third but probably not the least reason why ppl do not connect food with their health issues is spread out
    Confusing Online Information:
    When we search online, we find a mix of unreliable information. It is a real chaos out there. It takes real effort to stay true to yourself because there are thousands of ways to get lost.
    (This makes it hard to understand the true effects of foods on our health.)

Food greatly affects our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

If you experience mood swings, irritability, anxiety, lack of focus, anger, or depression, it’s important to look at your eating habits.

You need to start being your own detective, make a list of foods you eat, check what you are feeding your body with. Is it any processed food there?

 
 
FOOD has POWER
 
The foods we eat have a significant impact on our moods, sensations, and long-term health.

We can notice immediate effects from some foods. For example, drinking coffee can give us a quick boost of energy but also cause heart palpitations or frequent urination. However, we often don’t realize what coffee is actually doing inside our bodies.

 
There are three main types of foods:
  1. Toxic Foods:
    These foods contain harmful chemicals, heavy metals, pesticides, radiation, and hormones. They deteriorate our health and help harmful pathogens multiply.
  2. Filler Foods:
    These foods satisfy our hunger but lack valuable nutrients. They can block nutrient absorption, fail to nourish our organs, and instead feed harmful pathogens.
  3. Healing Foods that nourish the organs:
    These foods feed our organs at a cellular level, providing essential nutrients. They bring vitality, sustain health, and even have the power to reverse health conditions.
 
 
We can't waste time.
 
Every moment in life is precious, and every action, attitude, word, thought, and meal has consequences.
 
It really matters what we eat.
 

An average person eats about 80,000 meals in their lifetime. This seems like a lot, but think about how many meals were mostly fruits and vegetables. Fresh fruits are often just a garnish, like a banana slice on oatmeal. How many days have you gone without eating fresh fruits and vegetables?

 
Your body remembers.
 
Everything you eat is either used by your body or treated as useless or harmful. Too many harmful foods overload the liver, making it hard to protect the heart and brain.
 
Think about this:
  • How old is your body?
  • How much of the food you’ve eaten over the years has been useful to your body?
  • Do you realize how much of what you’ve eaten has affected your current health?
 
It is never too late to take care of your mental, emotional and bodily state.
 
SIMPLICITY is KEY
 

It applies to food choices, thoughts and feelings we create, and products we use.

Just like you can think about the food you eat each day and make a daily list, stop and check the stream of thoughts you are creating.

This is your own healing journey, the first step to knowing yourself and a great opportunity to achieve great results that can translate into a pleasant mood and good health.

 
The same like with types of thoughts, foods can be simply divided to three categories:
 
 

THOUGHTS


FOODS


POSITIVE: uplifted, light,

with healing vibrations


HEALING: beneficial,

accepted and used by the body


WASTE: chaotic


FILLERS: stuffing


NEGATIVE: heavy, burdensome, depressive, comparing, criticizing, aggressive, related to the past

 


TOXIC: processed, fatty, genetically modified, feeding pathogens, sprayed with pesticides, "enriched" with toxic flavors, toxic dyes, preservatives, etc.


 
 
 
SUMMARY:
 
It really matters what you feed your mind and intellect with.
It tremendously matters what you feed your organs with.
 
I shorten these long lists of thoughts and foods into two categories:
 
There is FOOD TO HEAL and FOOD TO HELL
 
The choice is yours.
 
Examples of FOOD TO HEAL:
  • Fruits of all kinds
  • Leafy greens
  • Vegetables
  • Herbs and spices
  • Wild foods like raw honey, wild blueberries, coconut, nettle leaf
 
Examples of HEALING THOUGHTS:
  • Deep realization that I am a living spirit, a soul
  • Understanding that I have this body to care for with love and compassion
 
Examples of NEGATIVE - PROBLEMATIC FOODS that worsen your health:
  • Eggs (no matter if free-range or caged)
  • Dairy of all kinds
  • Gluten
  • Soy
  • Corn
  • Coffee and caffeinated drinks
  • Vinegar
  • Alcohol
  • Pork
 
Examples of NEGATIVE - PROBLEMATIC THOUGHTS that worsen your state of mind, your emotional state, and have a direct negative impact on your body at the cellular level:
Thoughts based on:
  • ego
  • jealousy
  • anger
  • greed
  • possession
  • attachment
  • criticism
  • comparison
